Highly recommend Frank Gerber for any divorce action. Frank was the third attorney ( wish he was the first!) I retained during a very ugly divorce. The previous two were just playing the game and had me in a revolving door of billing with no end in sight. When I retained Frank, he made it very clear he was going to end this nightmare for me. I have worked a very complex case with this firm (and Hogan-Willig before it) for over a decade. Paul Pochepan was hired to do an Article 81 for me. He did not perform HIS duties as my attorney for me- Getting me what I paid for, a change. Additionally, behind my back in court, he collected a $3000 payment from the court, through my fathers estate after already being paid by myself for his “work. NOT RECOMMENDED. HE IS A DOUBLE DIPPING THIEF. BEWARE!
