At first I felt great about tj auto law but after referring my case out to multiple lawyers and being brushed under the rug I would not reccomend them to anyone. Do yourself a favor and find better representation.

These people change lives. When asked "how do you do it?" they will simply tell you they are doing their jobs. It is much more than that and hardly anything to be done is simple. In a world of bare minimum they go above and beyond, and it's all just part of their job.

I was in a car accident almost 2 years back where my right foot was basically shattered. Due to the nature of my injury and being that the accident wasn’t my fault there were a lot of claims/medical bills to take care of. I became extremely overwhelmed with everything and as a result went into some mild depression. A family member referred us to John with TJ Law and I am so beyond thankful for that. John sat down and talked to my husband and I about all of my options and what I could be facing down the road. He also provided resources so my mental health could improve. To have this burden removed from our shoulders and taken care of by competent caring professionals was a god send. Sarah was such a help in communicating with me and answer all of my questions. Her compassion was really appreciated. In the end they were able to settle the claim in my favor for the max amount and I don’t think I would have been able to do that on my own. If you are struggling to make head or tails; or even just keeping your head afloat above everything definitely call TJ Law. They are amazing to work with.

I recommend this firm. After being injured last month in an accident my family kept pushing me to "find a lawyer". I wanted to get a feel for the Lawyer by phone not email. (I know I'm old fashion) I called ten firms. A receptionist patched me right threw to John Tillotson, I was a little surprised. John Tillotson and his team did a great job taking care of my case. They made sure all of my bills got paid and worked with the insurance companies and others involved in the case. I was involved in a serious accident a little over a year ago and called John after reading good reviews on the internet. Being in an accident is a terrible experience, dealing with insurance, hospitals, and disability can make it significantly worse and more stress full. Working with TJ auto removed a significant amount of stress. Unfortunately everyone involved besides the victim has legal assistance you would think that paying insurance and disability premiums for over 15 years would ensure that they are there to make things right. Reality is a bit different. John and Josh worked hard to make sure that the case was resolved. I am so grateful that I found TJ Auto Law. I always feel awkward about getting a lawyer for things like this but since working with them (having had trouble with insurance every time I get to a car accident) these are the guys I’m going to call. They have been supportive, helpful, and friendly. They’ve kept me going during the most difficult times of my life . They have my best interest at heart and it Isn’t about money it’s about getting me back to the house that I had before my concussion and my car accident. Let me start with saying that the accident I was in , was absolutely and admittedly the other drivers fault. (What seemed like an easy case to handle and win) especially since Im left with a lifetime of life changing ailments. Next, John T. Attorney of auto law. Decided to drop my case before completing it, and I never got the full medical treatment I needed. His secretary Ashley, told me the reason was that I had ran out of time and money to complete the neck work I needed, although she never informed me that I had a time limit nor did she mention a cap, as a matter of fact, she encouraged me to try any and all methods to get well and all would be good. Had I been given this information I could’ve probably gone through the final stage of treatment, on time. (Which I only resisted and put off out of fear of the excruciating pain of the epidural in the filament in my neck area of my spinal chord), still they managed to get themselves paid, and overpaid the doctor for the treatment and told me that I had hit a cap and wouldn’t be able to afford my much needed final treatment. The cap I suspect was dependent on fabricated costs for the treatments I received, which was 1&1/2 treatment. My “compensation” which I received was $2,000. for an injury that still interferes with my daily duties. I was ignored often, they rarely returned my calls and didn’t bother to keep me in the loop with the advancement of my case, or needs. Most of the work for gathering records was done by my husband and I. Both the secretary and attorney, spoke down to me. I have mental illness from severe trauma and at the beginning they reassured me that they had worked with many people in my situation (ptsd, anxiety..etc) but John personally told me to “get over it” that I would get better, reasoning his statement, based on his own experiences with recovery. John completely disengaged from the facts; that I’m older, a different gender, and deal with life quite differently than he, and to add the fact of my mental disability, which makes processing much more difficult for me than his own. I felt taken advantage of, the small compensation didn’t seem to have been a legitimate exchange and almost seems like it was hush money, I was told that it was a small amount for now, based only on the medical portion of my case and that I could be expecting much more in the future. I was lead to believe that it was around the amount of $30,000. after medical bills and his office had been paid. But instead I received a letter, saying that he decided to drop me as a client. Now I’m stuck, being taken advantage of, when I have paid my insurance for full coverage for most of my life. If anyone can help me to complete my case please respond to this review. Thank you 🙏🏼
