Great, easy, pleasant closing experience. Office is fantastic, downtown but with plenty of parking in their own lot. Our attorney, Hutson, made the process smooth and simple and he was quite personable. All in all a pleasant experience!

Not a good closing experience at all. I sent closing attorney an email saying I would be out of town prior to closing, they totally ignored it. I believe it's required to send HUD statement 24 hr prior to closing, that never came. They misspelled my name on legal documents. Then after docs were signed, I didn't get my check for proceeds of the sale. They acted like it was no big deal. I had to sit and wait wondering if there was some big problem looming. The real estate agent got his check before funds were dispersed, obviously for steering business their way. I've done dozens of real estate deals, this closing was the worst.
