In Feb. 2021 I was the victim of an horrific bike/car accident. I was in a crosswalk when a driver talking on her phone hit me. Somehow, she didn't realize she hit me, made the turn and dragged me and my bike 30-35 feet under her car before realizing something was wrong. I required eight surgeries. Tobler Law handled the case for me. This was a true blessing not only for me, but for my husband as well. He was able to devote all of his time and attention to me and not have to deal at all with the medical bills or the insurance companies during this extremely difficult time. We settled our case in mediation. Nathan, Maren, the paralegals and their staff did an exceptional job in mediation. They did a much better job preparing and documenting our position than did the attorney for the insurance company. As a result we received an exceptional outcome. I was not in the right mind for to do this on my own so I had to have help bye a lawyer, and he did a great excellent job of getting me taken care of and helping me through all this I could not done it without his help when I came to see him in a few months, I don’t remember what happened the first time I saw him I asked me several questions that I Owe right off my head because I was on medication from the hospital when I saw him the second time, he said, I’d like the whole lot better than what I was.
