I have tried a couple times to seek legal advice at this office. On one matter they took my info down and never ever called me back to schedule an appointment with an attorney. When I called on another matter to try to get some advice the gal that answered the phone acted like I was half crazy with my issue, and ended up hanging up on me. So sad because I’d love to support a local attorney.

Absolutely the best

Collins was behind at every turn and completely apathetic to the damage he caused. After weeks of failed attempts I was finally able to get him on the phone. During this conversation he acted as if he was on top of things as his girlfriend fed him relevant information in the background. After I fired Collins his girlfriend emailed a file containing "work" they had done. This file contained PARTS of an email thread between Collins and opposing counsel. I reviewed this file with a new attorney and was very disappointed with the assessment. In the emails Collins was colluding with opposing counsel in order to move things along. There was no attempt to honor any of the objections he was hired to address. He was either firing from the hip or completely confused with another client's case. He provided ridiculous, unrelated information. In one email he even insulted me. I found this odd as we had only met once during my consultation months prior. Collins had originally told me my main goal was impossible and convinced me to take an alternative route that he never attempted to achieve. My new attorney informed me that Collins had absolutely no clue what he was talking about. My original goal would have been easy to accomplish given the amount of information I provided, but Collins never reviewed it. Due to Collins incompetence the well was thoroughly poisoned and my goal was no longer possible. It would have cost far too much money to straighten out the mountain of issues Collins created.

Mr. Collins and his staff have been nothing but professional, honest, and genuinely caring. I appreciate the guidance I have received from Mr. Collins and I very highly recommend him. Great experience in a difficult time of transition!

Worst lawyer ever. My first court appearance he told the judge he wasn’t prepared for court. Charged me an insane amount of money and then asked for more. Not only did he scam me out 2k I have come across multiple people who had used him and they said the had the same results. Do NOT use this guy. I know of a great lawyer who I hired after this guy and he did so much more for me and got me the results I wanted.

Todd Collins has been dedicated, professional, and consistent in helping with all things legal. I wouldn’t have dreamt of going through any of my court processes with a different lawyer. He is so kind and helps explain things so normal (non legal) people can easily understand what he means.
