I initially had another attorney handle my mom's, and my car accident cases, and they sat on the cases for a very, and unreasonable, long time. I felt as though they thought our cases weren't "large enough" to care. I decided to fire them and hire Todd Copeland and Associates, and let's just say, within 6 months of them getting our cases transferred, they helped to settle both cases, for the FULL policy limits (each). Attorney Keith was friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable. He answered every call, text, and email -even after hours! (No, I didn't make it a habit- I was courteous). I retained Todd E. Copeland and Associates working directly with Atty. Keith Robertson and Parralegal Rallda A. Their levels of professionalism and responsiveness meant the most to me during my experience with them. Keith was honest and set realistic expectations regarding the outcomes of my personal injury case. Rallda was very sincere and kept up with my progress and recovery from my injuries. It mattered. Although the settlement terms were quite small due to policy limits. They did their best for me and if even in this situation again (God forbid) I would use this firm again HANDS DOWN!
