I've talked to a few attorneys recently, this one takes the cake for worst paralegals. If anyone accidentally answers the phone in their office, they're very quick to get off the phone. For my consultation one of the paralegals told me my "injury isn't worth very much money, and an attorney only gets 15%. So it's likely it won't get picked up" luckily enough for me I was only calling to see if they were concerned about their clients well-being out just a quick settlement. Refused to transfer me to leave a review about our interaction, when I called back she hung up. They're definitely in it for the money, good luck anybody who accidentally chose them. Beware Katie, she has 30 years experience and can't be bothered to treat you civilized.

Mr. Tatro and his staff took on my father's complicated, subsequent injury worker's compensation case with multiple claims after many other firms local to my family passed on providing representation.
