I’ve worked with Andrew for years serving clients in my business for purchase and refinance closings as well as estate planning. I’ve used Andrew’s services personally as well. Andrew is thoughtful and incredibly connected in the community. He is naturally protective - he sees those odd terms in contracts and his radar goes off - and then he explains it and what the consequences can mean so you can make the right decision for you. Some attorneys want to make everything a big deal - Andrew teaches you and then allows you to make a decision about what’s a big deal. Andrew speaks 3 languages fluently - English, Italian, and Spanish - and can also speak Portuguese. He is a great resource for referrals in the community - from lenders to insurance providers to mechanics to local political figures, etc, etc. He knows everybody. Even more importantly, he cares. I’ve worked with hundreds of attorneys and he doesn’t come off as the pompous, know-it-all as so many attorneys do. He doesn’t feel the need to prove how smart he is. He’s authentic and genuine. The focus is on you, not him.

I was disappointed with Andrew's services as a closing attorney. He didn't respond to emails, unaware of his responsibilities in the transaction, and overall, not proactive in the process. I would suggest finding another attorney.
