Mr Tollefsen helped me settle an accident claim. The police did not issue a ticket to the person that hit me even though it was obvious that they should have. Mr. Tollefsen told me no problem, and it wasn't. He did a fantastic job, very helpful and answered all my "ignorant" questions. He actually cared, I didn't feel like just another number.
