You know I couldn’t believe somebody had left a bad review and so I read the long post. It upsets me that the “Hispanic” card was pulled. I myself am a Latino and can say without a doubt Tomas is and has been a blessing since day ONE. Yea, has he been very direct with me and even told me some things in a manner I would never allow anybody to talk to me in that way? Absolutely. BUT, that’s why you hire him! Tomas isn’t trying to be everybody’s best friend. He is trying to ensure he can do the very best for you in the best way possible. As somebody who is self employed I can tell you that who you choose to work with is vital. Especially since you can’t please everybody. I won’t comment on the case I was referencing earlier, but just from reading the two posts ANYBODY with a level head and honest intent can tell what is what there. Understood that everybody has their own sets of eyes and view things their own way, but like I always say about my and my wife’s business… we want customers that KNOW that if you come with us we want you to feel that “we ALL win”. With Tomas I not only know he knows that distinction, but he cares, and cares a LOT! Especially, if he has chosen to work with you.
