Being referred to Becky to handle a complicated dental case, ended up with a poor ending. Seems they didn’t want to take my case to court, so settled for a trivial amount only to find out the Dentist I was suing, was found guilty of gross negligence. Very disappointed as I am still having issues with my teeth. Kathryn Harper

I reached out to this law firm 6+ months ago about a dental malpractice case. They told me they were behind and would get back to me in the following months. Well, I finally called them back only for them to say “oh yes, I see you in our system, sorry but you are a conflict of interest so we can not support you”. Mind you, you have 2 years after you find out about your negligence to file a claim. So, thanks Sharon and associates for wasting so much of my time and leaving me in horrible pain and loss. Do not go here.

I searched google the other nite and came up with Neil Hillyard's name. Never called him before, lft msg on his answer fone. His response was so quick, next day. He patiently listened to my explanation of my dilemma, and proceded to tell me that he would love to help me and would persue if I insisted, but explained thoroughly and professionally why he truly didnt feel I had a strong enough case to persue and WHY. It made sense. In no way did he insult my intelligence, but actually improved my knowledge of the law and its benefits or setbacks to me. So far, VERY DISAPPOINTED with my medical malpractice case!Will return with a more detailed review soon! A one star got their attention. After waiting several months, almost a year, I finally got a lawyer on the phone. Over a month later I posted a Google Review with one star and almost immediately got a call. After being told that it would cost me, personally, tens of thousands of dollars to pursue the case, I was officially “let go”! One star is way to generous!

I don't know what I would have done without the help of Attorney Kenneth Fiedler. I suffered injuries from a car accident and didn't know who to contact, so I called a famous law firm who advertises on television. That was the biggest mistake.
