When it comes to finding the council that will help clients navigating the complexity of employment and labor law in the state of Illinois Mike Tomlinson is the right choice. He is an attorney with a significant amount of litigation experience and his specialties within employment law are: 1. Restrictive Covenants 2. Trade Secrets 3. Securities litigation 4. Illinois Labor & Employment Statuettes More importantly, he is very patient. Finding a reasonable attorney in Chicago who will sincerely translate the legal jargon to clients is rare. He is someone who appreciates transparency and will work with your circumstances. Another big plus is that he doesn't charge for phone consultations. If anyone has an employment law related matter, I highly recommend that they at least have a discussion with Mike before making a decision.
