What Juan said might be true. Me and my brother paid him 2500.00 to take our former employer to court and get our around 11,000.00 owed on unpaid wages. Well it's now 2025 and he hasn't done anything and every time we call all he says is call me in 2 weeks. He also refuses to refund the money. Please stay away from this so called lawyer, I wouldn't even call him a notary since they actually do more work than this crook.
But what you don’t say is that your former employer was sued and he was served twice, then he Disappeared. You can’t sue someone you can’t find. By the way I’m going to sue you for defamation.
