It began ok, that was 4 months ago, now I text then and takes for ever to get a response! They said I could call them any time but receptionist said they were tending to a call and would return my call asap? I guess they are still tending that call? This was on 11/21/25 today is Monday 11/24/25! Up to my head in debt about to go into 2 months not being able to pay my rent, lost work and looks like I’m getting little to no compensation for an accident that I was not at fault!. I trusted this firm with my accident but now I know I chose wrong!

In no way did I submit ANY sort of paperwork that I need help with an accident and they have been NON STOP spam calling AND texting me at alll hours of the day and night. You’d think if they didn’t hear back within 48 hours that LAWYERS would be smart enough to put two and two together and leave someone alone or assume they got help elsewhere but nope.. 8 days now and they’re still at it. Straight up harassment. HIGHLY SUGGEST SEEKING HELP FROM ANYONE BUT THEM

My case is quite frustrating. August 4th will mark six months since I filed the case, and it feels like a long time, especially considering it wasn't a big deal. And to this day, I haven't received a response. I call and call, and the lawyer never returns my call to offer any hope.
