I do not recommend this firm for nothingor to anyone... My mom was in a accident she got hit from behind and as a result my mom is disabled. This firm would never return calls or let her know what was going. They damn near let the statue of limitations run out on it. We hired another lawyer.. best thing we ever did.

They do not know how to update me on the case. I call to ask for information or go up to the building to ask what stage we are in, and they are very unhelpful, I am very lost and confused with what’s happening with my settlement. Its been around 7 months since my accident and not a single update.

These 2 attorneys have the WORST ethical I have ever experienced in my 45 yrs of life. For 20 years they have DENIED me the copy of evidence to prove my Innocence so I can move on in life. It is the information on a case THEY were representing ME on and they REFUSE to give me a copy of MY deposition to PROVE that I am innocent. INSTEAD they would rather me pay for something I was NEVER at fault for. They've told me for 20 years it's in storage..you can't get down to storage for retrieval of evidence for my Innocence to be proven. And McConnell being an ex law enforcement position and he chooses to let the criminal remain untouched and the innocent pay the price for a crime she NEavER committed. How many others have been done wrong by hisz misaligned code of ethics? I will still fight for my Innocence for another 20 years even though it holds me back in life and I can not achieve the goals that were meant for me to achieve and all because of 2 lazy non ethical lawyers don't want to give me a copy of MY case that proves I was innocent. How selfish of them to do that .. just think what they will do to you..
