I worked with Claire for my Removal of Conditions for my green card, and I truly cannot recommend her and her team enough. My case was a difficult one because I filed my Removal of Conditions after a divorce and did the process alone, which made everything more complex and stressful. At the end of January 2023, I reapplied for my green card, and in April it arrived…in the name of an ex-spouse! Until the end of June, I tried unsuccessfully to have their mistake corrected, but to no avail. Since the card was slated to be canceled at the end of July, I contacted the Torres law firm, which had been recommended to me by the Alliance Française of Charleston. Claire took on my case, resubmitted the application, and it was confirmed by USCIS, who told me it could take up to 19 more months, citing staff shortages as the reason. The correct card finally arrived in good order at the beginning of 2024. A huge thank you to Claire for all the help and kindness she and her firm provided. I highly recommend the Torres law firm for any issues with USCIS.
