Torres/Torres stallings a law corporation, by far is the best law service in California. David and his wonderful staff were friendly very knowledgeable and understood all of my concerns. They made me feel at ease in helping me out with my case. Always returning my phone calls when I had questions or concerns. They always made time for me whether it was on phone call or in person. They helped me win my case! I highly recommend this place with any of your legal issues. I give this place a 10/10

This lawyer's performance is extremely disappointing, as he seems more focused on collecting fees than providing effective representation. You might find a public attorney to be a more beneficial choice. Unfortunately, his lack of effort will likely prolong your loved one's situation. Furthermore, he has refused to provide me with the necessary documents detailing my case, hindering my ability to seek alternative legal counsel. I hope this warning helps others avoid a similar experience. Be cautious to avoid being taken advantage of by this individual.

Hired her because of such good reviews. I have no idea why. I've basically had to do everything myself including contacting the court to have a check mailed after waiting weeks and weeks for her or her staff to do their job. Had to do that 2 times. She doesn't respond to emails, she doesn't fight for you, she was going to have me sign divorce papers where ex had added stuff that would not have been beneficial to me. Good thing I read before I signed. Maybe if your divorce is worth a ton of money she may give you better service. Wish I would have went with the 2nd rated attorney. Such a disappointment. Divorce still isn't final and it's been over a year now. My exs attorney says it's me/my attorney (Katy Stallings) not responding or doing her job. She is a joke to women and definitely no help. I would have been better off representing myself, which I feel I've basically had to do anyway. I've emailed her 2 times over the course of the last 2 months... still waiting on a response.....

Great lawyer. Got me an out of a few jams when I was a young buck. Also helped family. Highly recommend.

Great Firm!!!

David is a scam and dishonest! I used him 14 years ago my case got thrown out!!! He convinced me too take a deal anyway so the Feds wouldn’t pick up my case the state threw my case out! He worked together with the DEA ! They make deals together and throw innocent people into the mix for his cane with other cases it’s dishonest an unfair I would never use them again I would not recommend him to anybody I paid him $5000. He did not even remember my name when we went to court and he was late every time like he did not care at all very unprofessional.

Empathetic greedy rude my mother went in for a consultation took her money but just told her he couldn’t defend a juvenile should’ve told her that before he took her money then proceeded to tell her she had eyes of a mother and sees her son as if he does no wrong who tells a future client that unprofessional sad to see it coming from your own people do better !

Yes, the criminal justice system can be intimidating, frustrating, and excruciatingly slow but Mr. Torres knows how to navigate this system better than anyone I know. He truly brought justice and peaceful nights sleep to my life. And while I could not put a price on that kind of peace of mind, his fees are surprisingly reasonable and fair. I kept waiting for more charges but they never came. Besides an extraordinarily impressive resume, I am also grateful to Mr. Torres for his remarkable service to this country - being a Lt. Just a scam of a lawyer. All he cares about is money. A family member of mine trusted him & paid him $8k. This dumb lawyer seen my family member THREE times. Out of a year. And then when my family member didn’t have any more money to give, said he wasn’t going to represent him anymore and dismissed himself. He’s not for the people. He’s got himself and our money. Do yourself a favor and keep looking around for other lawyers. You’ll thank me later. 🙏

Mr. Torres expertly represented my son on a challenging case, through two long jury trials. Mr. Torres was honest and straight forward from day one, educating us about the possible outcomes given the circumstances and variables (none of which were easy for a parent to hear). However, he and the entire staff were communicative and caring. They were meticulous in their preparations for trial. Mr. Torres was incredibly thorough in witness examination and cross examination, bringing in the best expert witnesses to illuminate the facts. Even the jurors were impressed(both times). I hope and pray that we never need to hire a defense attorney again, but if we do, we will definitely call on this firm.
