Got 2 tickets while on the job class a cdl and payed them to represent me. Boss was vacation and didn't know because I'm new on this job that the company has lawyers and pays for tickets at fault. Called them back and told them and they refunded one ticket but not the other because they already did paperwork with the courts why I did sign the agreement they sent me because I didn't have confirmation from the boss that company did what safety said they did. Anyways no signature and they charged me for 1 ticket at 250 for representing me when they called the courts fines already been paid by my company. Again signed no documentation saying they would represent me and couldn't speak to a lawyer until I paid and did speak to one which I backed out of representation of and was told they already sent forms in representing me when I didn't sign any forms representing me and still charged me for 1 ticket when they didn't represent me on any ticket or have any signature for them represent me. Stole my money then again if you can't talk to lawyer without a down payment I should've known .

My response was not for a law firm it was for a company that was a tenant in 2018 name CMI Group
