My husband was detained in Port Isabel he met Tostado there. Tostado offered her services and guaranteed she could bail him out. My husband decided to move forward with her services for the Bond they asked us to deposit $500 which was made that same day. After some confusion with another attorney we had already hired which they knew about they stated they couldn’t represent him. They stated that the $500 was going to be reimbursed to us it’s been more than 6weeks of that and haven’t received anything. I’ve been calling the office but they state that the attorney has to sign the check and hasn’t done it.

I've never left a bad review on Google, but after a long time, I'm finally doing so just to tell you not to hire Paola. Don't waste your money. Many people recommend her blindly; at first, you think she'll be your savior, but no, she's the complete opposite. She just takes your money, and once she has it, there's no benefit for you. Personally, I paid her to represent me in my bail case, and on the day of my court hearing, she didn't even show up via Zoom or represent me. I wish her all the best, but she's irresponsible.

The first communication I had with this law firm was in the early part of June 2025 . My nephew had been detained by ICE and sent to the detention center in Brownsville Texas. I filled out some forms with personal sensitive information ( they asked me to block them out..which I did) The whole process from their intervention with ICE to my nephew’s release took a little less than 4 months. Highly recommended... my brother got out of Port Isabel Detention Center after almost a month. Each case is different, right? But thank God she was able to help him... he got in with a visa. Very grateful for everything, God bless you 🩷 ⚠️The only negative comment I have is that the people who answer the phone don't seem to know the details... some would tell me one thing and others another.

Never hire this woman; her firm is terrible, absolutely awful. They don't deliver on any of their promises, then they simply stop responding, and as for her... well, you never know if she even exists. Don't waste your money, and especially don't put your hopes in someone who's only motivated by money and not by the well-being of her clients and their families.

Please don't hire them. Their service is terrible. In my case, I paid them to represent my husband, and they never answered me, never represented him, and didn't even send me the contract. Then I requested a refund, and I've been waiting for 15 days. I don't know if they're going to steal the money or give it back.

Terrible service, don't hire her. Throughout the entire case, the lawyer never contacted me. The people who serve her firm can't give you their full names to complain about. I ruled against her because of her poor representation.

I really thought about giving them a chance, but everything people say is true. What we paid was useless. The service was terrible, the advice awful. The worst part is they tell you that what you paid is what the lawyer's time is worth. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, DON'T GIVE IT TO THESE PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO COMMITMENT TO HELPING. If I could, I'd give them 0 stars; they're disgusting as professionals.

We need to contact a "Lawyer" wich never call to her client,Paulette tostado disappear their employees take the payment for $1500 dlls and she never call her client,, her client has to call her. he is dataine in migration, do yo imagine how hard for a latinos family save money to pay her and she just take one call from our relative, and don't move. A finger to start the process?? Nothing!! My relative still waiting for her call to see how she can help him, and almost has his court......and still waiting for her ..im very disappointed with laws firms like this..is a human being who put his trust and faith on her , I do not recommend this lawyer Paulette tostado wich her office are in Houston tx..

If you have a relative in the detention center and are looking for a lawyer, don't waste your money here. It's a waste of time and money, and in the end, they don't do anything. Record every conversation you have with the many secretaries who attend to you; each one gives a different version.

Good afternoon. I needed to call and ask for information because I still haven't heard anything about my son's case. No one has called me, no one has asked me anything, and frankly, I have no idea what's happening with the process. I have no documents, no information whatsoever. Thank you.
