Tyler Rotstein is AMAZING! He helped me with a small claims case and we won. He truly knows his stuff. I also appreciated that he was very fair with his billing and never charged me for anything unnecessary. He prepared me well for trial, explained everything clearly, and reassured me throughout the process. That support meant a lot, especially leading up to court. On top of that, he’s genuinely friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Tyler and will absolutely use him again if I ever need legal help in the future.

They did not give services. They took my mother’s 1000 dollars savings to pay for services not given. I was sitting in attorney Hailey’s office, along with her legal assistant, and watched them talk on Hailey’s phone about details on my case to the opposing party as if she was representing them and not me. She was not on the other side at all. They also were talking about my evidence i had given to them to the petitioner right in front of me. They also didn’t contact me until the day before my court date. An employee also bumped into me very hard without saying sorry outside the door. The male lawyers and receptionist were raising voices on the couch with me sitting between them.

Josh Tourkow and Stanley Rosenblatt (and their team) are amazing attorneys that you want on your side when you need legal help. Josh's breadth of knowledge and decades of experience will make you glad he is on your side. Watching Josh naviagte the legal system and resolve my issue quickly was incredible. It made you feel like you were in the hands of a maestro. When my mother (79) was in distress Stanley stepped in to address her issues and help our family. His ability to listen to our concerns, understand the legal ramifications, and then explain our legal options so that mere-mortals could understand was remarkable. He was kind, generous, and willing to help. They are two great attorneys at a great law firm. You won't regret seeking their legal help.

I dealt with Tyler Rotstein regarding an eviction I had to do. From the very first call, he was helpful, informative and transparent. He got my court case taken care of in a timely manner and was very professional. I would highly recommend using their services.

Attorney Carlson has provided phenomenal representation. I dealt with a messy situation that included false accusations (within family law), and Attorney Carlson helped me navigate through the legalities and understand my rights. Attorney Carlson fights for the truth and what is right. This is incredibly important to me as a family man dealing with court in a small, conservative town. Her complete and thorough knowledge is remarkable. She fights for justice, regardless whether her client is a man or a woman, and I would recommend her to represent anyone that I deeply care about.

Very disingenuous with their clients. Just seem to be out for the money. Responses can take months with no help once they finally do respond. I recommend finding a lawyer that actually cares about their job.

Very rude young lady answered. Told me over the phone " I don't need your little story so just tell me what you want". Very unprofessional. I never even started to explain the legal issue to her when she cut me off lol. Horrible impression on this lawfirm when an impatient person is the first to answer the phone. DO NOT USE! EVER! UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. would give 0 stars if i could. I hired Mr. Tourkow to represent me in a custody case. He charged me a standard $1500 retainer the first day, and I did not hear from him again until the day before I had court, even though I had reached out multiple times. He assured me everything was fine, and in order. The next day, I call him 2 hours before court to see if he needs anything at all from me (he spent no time with me or asking about the case what so ever). I can only reach his assistant (as always, this is typical) and she informed me that no, Mr Tourkow would not be coming to court with me today, because he had a scheduled foot surgery that he has known about for months! I was outraged! So, after a few moments of shuffling, and asking me if they could call right back, she assured me everything was fine and that I should go to court as normal and someone would handle it. I show up, and they had sent a female attorney who knew and had absolutely nothing about my case, not to mention, SHE WAS STRICTLY A CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY AND DIDNT EVEN WORK IN FAMILY LAW!!!! I looked absolutely ridiculous in court and she literally stood up and walked out at the end without even speaking to me. I emailed them later that day, informing them that I was no longer in need of their services and to stop contacting me and to forward all information regarding the case back to me. I immediately started receiving nasty phone calls repeatedly and two days later i had a sticky note on my door saying "CALL ME BACK ASAP" and a bill for $5800 for "services rendered" and that was to be paid on top of my $1500 retainer Mr. Tourkow was keeping. In the itemized area of the 5800$ bill, it was included that a $680 charge for driving to my house to leave the bill on my door (I lived less than 2 miles from his office) and labeled it as EMERGENCY VISIT TO CLIENTS RESIDENCE** why that couldnt be mailed, or emailed, is not only NOT my problem, but not worth 680 dollars to anyone and a complete and utter joke. I find it all even MORE interesting that after they realized I wasnt going to answer them anymore or entertain threatening phone calls, I never heard another thing, and have still to this day (a year later) have not seen anything ever reported to ANY credit agencies that I owe them money which leads me to believe, theyre FULLY aware of how shady and predatory they are being with these charges. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable attorney who cares about clients needs. This attorney is a disgrace, waste of time, waste of 1500$, and even if im the only one like this, i cant see him handling even his most important of cases much better. He just wants your money.

My boyfriend was going through a divorce and without going into details there was no way we could work it out with someone who was hungry for money. We were referred to Tyler by another attorney and after speaking with him at the free consultation we decided to have him represent my bfd. Tyler did a very fine job in a difficult situation. We spent little money way less than I expected. This group of attorneys come with a very recommendation from me. Good job!

Lydia was great to work with! She is one of the best attorneys I’ve worked with. The secretary is super friendly. Definitely will come to this firm for counsel again!

If I could give a 0 rating, I probably would. I contacted Jim Yankoski in December 2021. (Well, actually in 2019 and we lost contact for some reason.) My fiancé was trying to adopt my 14 year old son. He did well at first, but I would check in randomly to see if there was any update or if he filed papers with the court and I would hear nothing back. He assured me that he would have it done before my son’s 15th birthday, which was in June of 2022, and nothing was accomplished. I had really wanted to push it and get things going before my son started school again in August 2022. You guessed it. Nothing. He completely ghost me in September. No updates. No papers filed. No adoption. A complete waste of time after several years.
