Wow, read all of the negative reviews!!! If this firm truly doesn't respect individuals First Amendment Rights to Free Speech we are speechless! (We would counter sue for a whole lot more that $25k if any practitioner of the law tried that to us!) If the accusations where true I hope they where censured by the BAR!

David He ran away but took my money also tells me that’s what the judge wants also 1 court hearing I was marked absent but I was in court when I asked he said I don’t know so David alowed the court to do me wrong he knows who I am so if ur reading this get a batter attorney also it’s my fault I trusted him 🤮 (update to replay)—we did speak on text i cant trust u even when ur tricking me into deleting the review i can add more details but im good person so im not adding more details

This law firm represented my sister's Ex in family court for a child support case. Jason Tower signed a court order promising to handle the exchanges of the payment between the 2 parties. When the date of payment came & went, she contacted the office through email and never received a reply. After several attempts to call the office, David Karson finally answered the phone. When inquiring about what's happening with the case and payments, David became very combative. She explained that she's just trying to get information because the judge ordered for everything to be handled through the attorney, he said he's withdrawal from the case. When trying to get confirmation if his partner was handling it, he proceeded to hang up on me. In my opinion, for a law firm, I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication. EDIT: I am editing my review to include the email that was received minutes after posting my honest review of my experience with this law firm. Good afternoon: You have 24 hours to remove your google review or my office will be suing you and Ms. Adams for defamation and other claims. This is not hyperbole; I am very serious and the case will be filed tomorrow afternoon in Oakland County Circuit Court if the posts are not removed. Update: Tower Karson, PLLC, did in fact sue me on Jan 14th for $25,000 for writing this Google review (Case No. 25-212078-CZ). They claimed defamation, false light, and tortious interference of a business, and sought injunctive relief. I chose to represent myself in this matter. On June 13, 2025, the Oakland County Circuit Court, Hon. Yasmine I. Poles presiding, ruled in my favor. The court granted my motion for summary disposition and dismissed all claims in their entirety. The Court found that my Google review expressed subjective opinions protected by the First Amendment. The court found their claims for defamation, false light, and tortious interference of a business failed as a matter of law. The firm's request for an injunction was also denied, as the court stated their claims failed on the merits. After nearly 7 months I can finally put this situation behind me, I just felt it was important to share my full experience with this law firm.
