I would only use to represent an enemy! Not impressed with abilities. Will NEVER use again! Was not diligent in representing my son when he was in an incident to save his life! My response to yours That is funny! Brian Towey was at my son sentencing as well as he visited him, unless that was a lie. Mr Towey and Kelly Kapperman, which whom I feel the same, were court appointed counsel to my son. That just emphasizes how important my son and his case was and explains their defense. You may need to research your clients a little better, unless you are trying to void a bad review. FYI, I would have not even left one star but it wouldn’t let me. I would really tell you how feel, but know better.

Brian is the man!! It took almost a year to get my case to the finish line but Brian was available to talk anytime I needed, and he did an amazing job of keeping me positive when things seemed rather grim. I never felt like a number and I always felt like he was putting 100% into my case. At the very end ,the insurance company offered me 8K, but within a week he had it up to 12k. I literally cannot find one negative thing to say about the representation I received from Brian. If I ever hit by another driver again or if I ever know somebody that's been hit I will recommend.
