We hired this firm for a dog bite by a german Sheppard .They fought very hard with the insurance company and got us 1800 bucks for the pain and suffering..

The process was easy and seamless. We were referred to David Neiser by a friend and from the first conversation he was very friendly and listened before providing advice. Then from intake with Becca to the first meeting with the Team, Mr Neiser, Rose and Maria via Zoom, and the final process with Linda and Melani, everything was smooth. We were kept up to date via emails and phone calls every step of the way. Thus we had a very pleasant, no pressure experience. We would reccomend this group without hesitation.

After having the unpleasantry of having to fire a different attorney from a different law firm in Florida, and after being exacerbated by my seemingly unending case, while out of work I watched a lot of YouTube and being a true crime follower I stumbled upon Peter Tragos' channel AKA The Lawyer You Know. I would watch his podcasts and loved listening to his interpretations and breakdowns of high profile cases. The more I watched him, the more I was wondering why I had chosen the nincompoop I was with and when I found out his firm is a Personal Injury firm, I quickly researched how to fire your attorney. After reading that it wasn't as bad as I thought, I immediately called Peter's firm and spoke with him on my first call. My case was given to Dave Neiser and I have to admit at first I was a little like who is this guy? Where did Peter go? However, after researching him a bit and reading Dave's reviews and working with his amazing team Becca, Bridget and Maria, I told myself to relax and that I was in good hands. All I can say is after my experience with Dave and Tragos and Tragos I am beyond blown away by their professionalism and strategy. Learning to trust Dave was a good move on my part. He far exceeded my expectations as who I would call "Excellent counsel". I would refer Dave or anyone I have encountered at Tragos and Tragos to my nearest and dearest. They are a class act.

This practice is amazing all the staff from Becca to Dave provide such seem less and excellent service. They truly put your health first and are not pushy towards anything that you may not want to do. The referrals they also had for us were beyond professional and so helpful towards our recovery. Ok these lawyers have had me and my family covered. We absolutely love you guys. When my step daughter was hit by a car they got her the appropriate amount. When I personally was hit by a car , 2days to stabilize, forced into a medically induced coma, and couldn't wake up for 9 months. They didn't expect me to wake up when I did . I had to learn how to chew swallow drink eat I had forgotten how to write and read big big words. I was like having a full-time pre teen when I finally a yr and a half later got released. David Neiser and Peter Tragos, as well as their entire team were absolutely amazing. I was in an accident 4 years ago and had a different law firm that really messed up my case.
