If I was hurt at work, I would call him too. Yet sometimes exclusions apply so I cant and that is another reason you need to call Ernie if you have a work injury. Thank you for the recommendation and review.

Thank you. We try and keep you updated but insurance companies drag things out for a reason.... deny, delay, defend. They sit on their money the whole time making interest while they starve out the injured parties. That is by design.

Ernie represented me in a worker's compensation case that lasted over 3 years. During that time he kept me informed of what was going on. He was able to get me a good settlement.
If we could settle these cases in a day that would be amazing. Sadly, the reason the term "deny, delay, defend" exists is because it is what the insurance companies do when they have to pay money. Thank you for your patience and feedback.
