Trusted in Trent with our bankruptcy process. Did a lot of work gathering documents, going through mandatory courses and all of our due diligence. We were promised a timeline of two months on the process. He was very hard to reach and took a week to respond to correspondences. Then the timeline became three months, then four months and the bankruptcy had not been filed. I told him it was urgent because I would be returning to work soon so we would be above the income limits and unable to be approved for bankruptcy. He then promised a full or atleast 50 percent refund for the delays and now has completely ghosted me. Not replying to texts, voicemails or emails. So now we paid him 1800$ for nothing and we were unable to file to get on a path to repair our credit. I just want a 50% refund that he said he would give me in text.

Attorney Binger was great to work with. He explained the whole process to me and answered any questions that I had. He replied to all of the calls and texts from me in a timely manner. I have no complaints at all and would highly recommend him.
