First case they handled was my Worker's Comp case for a head injury with permanent brain damage. Included a wrongful termination. I was only paid for a frozen shoulder injury. Second they handled my disability claim. I had already been awarded SSI. After filing the claim,, and receiving payment the lawyer representing me decided my case was unwinnable. Then dropped the case. Her share of payment was a third of my SSI backpayment. She assured me I qualified for SSDI right up until she had my money in her hand. These people will take their clients for whatever they can, and leave the client with next to nothing, and a lifetime of pain and suffering at the hands of the system as well as the people that injured them.

I just wanted to come here and thank you to this company. There’s no words can express how grateful I am, they helped me a lot. I really appreciate how much they helped me with everything and with them I felt like there was hope. Blair Feldman was the one who helped me, I was struggling to get social security after I got affected by covid. I lost all hope but Blair took care of my case and fought for me. I will always appreciate her for that. This is company really cares about there people who are going through disability. I highly recommend it!

After years of struggling to support myself, I finally decided to apply for disability. Blair Feldman made it happen. I was overwhelmed by the thought of everything I would have to do; I would have to apply, gather and submit all of my medical records (and there were tons of medical records), and I would most likely have to appeal and state my case before a judge. It felt like too much. When I met Blair, I realized yes, I would have to do all of those things, but she would be there to help me every step of the way. And she was. She helped me request my medical records. As for the ones I had at home, all I had to do was drop off boxes at her office so copies could be made. The records were somewhat organized, but not completely. It didn't matter, Blair made it work. She is the one who appealed my case (twice) and did most of the talking at my hearing. Finally, we won our case. I received a large amount of back pay, but more importantly I now receive SSDI benefits every month, which helps me meet my most basic needs. Now, life is no longer a struggle. My experience with Blair had given me hope for a sustainable future.
