I first contacted Rebecca Trevillian after my children who were living overseas returned to the US. As my spouse and I were separated and going though a divorce, Rebecca helped me with contacting the Anne Arundel school legal department to allow my children school enrollment. My spouse had an out of state court order, giving her full custody of our children that she was attempting to enroll in Maryland. Rebecca assisted me during this difficult time by representing me as lawyer, providing counsel, and ultimately winning the case ( out of state court order denied by a judge). She is very bright, and quick to respond to emails, and easy to get in touch with overall. In addition, she also represented me during my divorce, resulting favorably to my benefit. I would highly recommend this law firm, especially Rebecca Trivillian to anyone dealing with family issues.

I was charged with DUI , DWI, and having open alcohol bottles inside the car. Mr Trevillian Jr. took my case and I got off the court room free of all my charges. I highly recommend him.

Because I was in your shoes while deciding which law firm to go with. You absolutely get what you pay for. I was advised shortly after retaining this law firm to complete alcohol education and MADD training. I was told this would be a “slap on the wrist” considering it was the first offense. I was confident going into court because of this direction. What I realized after court, I could’ve gotten the same if not better representation with a public defender. I had a conversation with my attorney just before going before the judge that represented what I was currently pursuing my degree in, what I currently held it in and reflective conversations I had with my child prior to this DUI, as well as my SON who is currently in an engineering program at his high school he completely misrepresented the entire conversation before the judge but my anxiety just went with it. He also advised he would argue for reduced speed which would hopefully yield a reduced fine which was my main concern and never mentioned it. I was advised on points which he did mention to the judge, but the judge never made a reference to any points once. I was advised I would prob be required to get an interlock placed in my car which I had previously told him I don’t have a car registered in my name so that really didn’t matter to me anyway and he thought it was a win because it wasn’t mentioned. As a result for a plea in this DUI I was given a PBJ which I would’ve received irregardless, and the maximum fine for speeding. Which going into this I expressed I was not employed and was advised by the attorney it had to be paid today(he never mentioned to the judge to offer time for this payment, I was only prepared for the $250 max he mentioned prior but received a fine double the amount) at the cashier, then I was to report to probation. When I went to check in with probation, I learned the fine could actually be broken down according to my probation time of 1yr which would have been more suitable given the fact I’m unemployed and used everything I had in my account to make the payment today as instructed. I also took those preparatory classes 28hrs of absolute nonsense in “alcohol education” and MADD for no reason because probation still requires me to complete some form of educational training over the next 12 mos. As far as the office staff is concerned, I never received any communication regarding my court date, I had to call in myself and was instructed it was mailed out however, I would receive the same “letter” via email, that was also never sent. Very poor customer service all across the board but they are reasonably priced and I was trying to save money. I won’t say this was a 1 star experience cause there was “some effort” but absolutely not 5 stars. Lesson learned

I felt I had to do this to let some of my CDL drivers know that this is definitely a good place to come when in need of some help. I was facing a charge today and felt as though my driving privileges would be taken away for a year or more. Mr. Trevillian definitely got me through that process with a lesser traffic charge than I most definitely expected so by that being said I didn’t even have to do the MVA hearing. I just wanna say thank you for all the help and walking thought this process because a lot was weighing on this. I have kids I need to raise, and bills to be paid and now I am relieved just knowing I can stay in my field to achieve that.

Terrible law firm. The receptionist has no customer service skills. Go here if you want them to take your money and be treated like trash.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Mr.Trevillian for many of years! He is very proficient at his work and if you want the best services you go here! I go to no other attorney besides him! All of his staff including Ms.Brandy are very professional, respond promptly to your needs and resolve your issue immediately! I am thankful for this practice as always!

Back in February I got in trouble with the law. In the 40 years of my life I have never been in any major trouble. The team at Trevillian Law put me at ease about my upcoming case. My attorney Bill was professional and well versed in my case type. He not only represented me but educated me in all things concerning my case. Becky worked on my case for almost 9 months . A month before trial she dropped me as a client. Sent a retainer request of $7,500. Three times the amount I ever had to pay during the 9 months. She wanted me to pay it a month before trial . Which would have been cool. The fact that I felt like I had to beg to get her on the phone to discuss my trial . Made me find another lawyer . Becky is scared of litigation. That's why she sent me a large retainer amount . I received paper from the court that she had withdrew from my case on a Friday. By Monday I had retained another lawyer for $4,000. This law firm is a joke

Billy Jr. made this whole experience quite awful. He was very uninvested in our case in which we were struck by a drunk driver. He didn't follow through on quite a bit he was supposed to take care of. The secretary & Denise were amazing and very pleasant to work with. Billy Jr. however was not. And from what I've gathered the other attorneys in this facility are not very great either. My brother had a female from here for his mediation and he says it was not the most pleasant experience. I'm very disappointed.

Used these guts for a mediation 2Xs. Horrible she was eating while we was on the mediation zoom call. Call back not knowing it was the same place. It was saved in my phone and got hung up on when I said I needed a lawyer for a consultation at a sooner date. Very unprofessional. The mediation went nowhere and was never conducted correctly. Stay away

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This law firm is the worst thing that can happen to a human being. They just take your money 💴. They don't do justice; on the contrary, it seems like they collude with the other party to make the case end faster. If your case is about custody and child support, stay away from here. They're useless. They answer whenever they want, they abandon cases when they don't know what to do, they're simply useless. They're just scammers. God bless them, and I hope one day you can actually practice law 😑
