Samantha Davis was the star of the show, and I would highly recommend her for your title needs. She is positively a delight to work with and explained every aspect of the process in layman’s terms. Absolutely horrible experience. Tammy the "Post Closing" agent is extremely rude and not helpful. My elderly mother sold her house, and we got stuck with this awful firm handling the closing. Zero effort in customer service. Tammy was rude to my mother trying to get info, she hung up on myself, when I tried to call. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!
