I am extremely disappointed with how my case and settlement were handled. This was my first accident, and I made that clear from the beginning. Unfortunately, Mr. Hyde was not very helpful and did not take the time to explain the process or provide proper guidance. Instead he was the opposite he didn’t make me feel supported or heard. After my case was settled, I was told that if I left a five-star review, my settlement would be “pushed up in line” so I could receive my check sooner. That alone made me uncomfortable and felt very unprofessional. I let that be known but was told that’s not what they are trying to do. I was told my settlement check would be mailed to me. It has now been over a month, and I still have not received it. When I followed up, the delay was blamed on the holidays. I even offered to come pick up the check myself, but was told it had already been sent out. As of today, I still have NOTHING. At this point, it feels like my settlement is being withheld because I did not submit a five-star review, which is extremely frustrating and disappointing. The entire process has been stressful and left me feeling misled and unheard as a client. I DID NOT want to write a review AT ALL but he has pushed me to it. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience.
