I also would say that he knows the inner workings of the Scranton Court System as well. He was able to get the serious charges dropped completely for my sister. All she had to pay was restitution. Left a message for him regarding a possible criminal matter and he did not even have the curtsey to call me back, that's pretty sad you have attorneys like this out there. I hope he does not do this to anyone who calls, unless he did not want to handle my case, by the voicemail I left, but either way a response would be great.
