He was very dismissing when I called and he definitely deletes bad reviews too. I needed help filing a petition in court so that my child's father can sign my sons passport application and give me permission to go to cuba. Mr. Trifiletti said that was not possible and that there's no way I can get him to sign anything unless I get sole custody and said his retainer fee is 5k and 250 per hour. I called another lawyer in town who's alot cheaper and very good she's a family and custody lawyer. She said it's very possible to file petition to get him to do that for my son without filing for custody and wasting thousands of dollars in a custody case I probably won't win... he's very good at criminal defense but he doesn't know much about family and custody laws. I wouldn't go to him for that. Now he's very good at criminal defense he will get rid of your charges.
