I was in an accident that i wasn't at fault for. Was referred to Triumph Law Group. The other driver had no insurance. After a couple of months of going through this process i was told no results could be brought to my case and could no longer be represented because the other driver wasn't insured. Stating i could hire a different law group to sue the other driver for assets they don't have. Leading me to end up with medical bills from providers I was referred to leaving me worse off than before the accident happened since I did not have medical insurance. Just waiting for all the bills at this point. Had i known this would be the results of something that wasn't my fault to begin with i would have just paid my deductible with my insurance and taken less of a loss and saved my time. Staff was professional and polite but not happy with the results and the aftermath.
