They advertise a free consultation I got on the phone with the elder Mr Troupe I wanted to talk to him in person and explain my situation he told me to drop the medical records and basically refuse to set an appointment With out listening my case and not wanting to set an appointment I feel that the free appointment is fake advertising Very disappointed
