I signed up with Alameda County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service (ACBA LRS) who referred me to Trowbridge Law Office in Oakland, CA based on my breach of contract case. Not only did Brian response within 72 hours, but also, he called to set up 30 minutes meeting. I met Brian at his office, and I explained the breach of contract against the Corporation. He took notes and said he needed to see the contract base on the cancellation clause. He explained how the arbitration work and the outcome expectation. Contract sent, he reviewed, and he provided his preliminary opinion that it would be a tough claim due to the contract cancellation clause. Although I have no case, Brian advised me to get a second opinion by signing back to ACBA LRS to request for another lawyer and let me know that legal matter does has deadline.
