Secretary is super rude, even in person. What does a person have to do to have someone call them back!? 2 weeks, 8 voicemails later and still nothing... EDIT- called you today troy. Was told you don't remember asking me to call you and didn't take my call.

Went to Troy Lee and associates to vacate my past criminal record and get mine and my husband’s firearm rights back. He was helpful always letting me know along the way what was going on and made it a very seamless process. Highly recommend he does all the hard work for you.

What could have been a mean spirited charge was negotiated to a minor task being assigned by the prosecutor and the charge completely dismissed because of Troy’s expertise and knowledge. Troy is a great attorney and knows his stuff

The receptionist was very rude a few times I was speaking she hung up on me and had a very bad attitude she has very bad customer service skills and should work on them or be spoken to about the situation she doesn’t seem to care about what people have to say or ask by all the reviews I’ve read it seems I’m not the only one she’s had a bad attitude with

Mr. Lee is professional and highly competent, but he is also kind and super helpful! He was my lawyer nearly 20 years ago and did an amazing job. Just recently I needed to reach back out to him for help with some documentation and he was beyond generous with his time and expertise. He got me on the right track and saved the day. Public defender. Saw all reviews and he seems to be good if hired (Troy Lee) but in a public defense case he seems annoyed , just telling whats obvious to do, and not really talking everything through or hearing the story or being friendly, unlike a public lawyer for another case i had who went above and beyond. Im a personality based person, and with out that, I dont feel he went the extra mile, and I have heard many felt the same way when it comes to him. Please be more involved with your client, they are deserving of as much help as any other person who did have the funds to help. A hello on call and cheerful rather then “Uh yeah?” when answering calls would be great too.

I worked with Troy Lee since he was the person the court appointed me to. Troy was great and answered all my questions and was very professional. He even got my SOC dropped from 12 months to 6 months. I would highly recommend. Great attorney to work with.

Well, he? Definitely did not want to do. His job wasn't trying to do. His job didn't get my case. Nowhere tried to argue with me during a meeting.

The front desk receptionist is the worst person who could ever answer calls I’ve read many reviews on how bad she is and I will confirm it’s just as terrible as the reviews say. I hope the office reads this because she should not answer or help clients with her attitude

I hired Troy Lee to handle 2 cases from 2015. I live in the state of Missouri now and he handled everything remotely. From the first time we spoke to the final court appearance was super fast. He took my cases seriously and the outcome was better than expected. Hopefully I will never need his services again but if I do I'll definitely contact him. Thank you Troy!

Public defender's office. They aren't great, but they get the job done I guess. They don't really try hard to do what's best for the people they're defending though, more like catering to whatever the prosecuter wants. Forcing people to take plea deals they don't want rather than fight for them.

I have known Troy Lee for almost 20 years and have always found him to be an exceptional lawyer. He has helped me in more ways than I can count and has provided excellent counsel.

It's a criminal public defender's office. It's nice, clean, and quiet. It's easy to find the correct office in the building.
