The Defense League has provided terrible service since the beginning of my case in June 2024. Communication was poor, and they sent me to very mediocre doctors who were of no help whatsoever. Because of this, I had to go to my primary care doctor and use my insurance to find a solution for the terrible migraines that developed after the car accident. Then, they supposedly sent my case to a law firm to represent me, but I never understood why. If I hadn't called that firm, they wouldn't have even known they hadn't accepted my case. So many excuses make me doubt whether they are really working on my case after 14 months, and they still tell me I have to wait another 60 to 90 days. The performance of this law firm leaves much to be desired.

While searching the internet for a copyright attorney I decided to call Susan Dierenfeldt-Troy. My experience in working with Susan was extremely delightful. I immediately felt at ease after talking with her. She is down to earth, highly skilled, and was very professional in handling my copyright concerns. I recently hired Mr. Schwartz for a traffic ticket. I first called another firm and spoke to a receptionist, who quoted an outlandish fee. I immediately hung up and called Mr. Schwartz, who personally took care of my case and sent all the paperwork over to me immediately. Each time I wrote him, he sent me a confirmation that he received my communication. The case was dismissed in court, and I paid less than I would have at the other firm. Mr Schrwartz has been in practice for over 20 years, is courteous and professional, and I would 100% recommend this firm over anyone else in Miami.

After receiving a ticket when I hit another vehicle from behind (it was very light with almost no damage to the other vehicle and no medical claims) I was recommended Jon to handle my ticket. He was very professional and answered all my questions and made me feel he was competent and confident to handle my case. About a month later, my ticket gets dismissed. Amazing! This was my first experience with them and I'll make sure to come back if I have another ticket!

John has consistently dismissed all my speeding, red light camera tickets, and other nonsense tickets that these hack cops have written me. I'm from NYC and I am shocked and the Bullshit the cops in Florida get away with. In addition, the justice system is set up so you have to hire attorneys to represent yourself. Twisting my arm to pay an attorney isnt justice, is called blackmail. Thanks to Mr. Schwartz non of their tickets hAve stuck.
