10 months of being stalled and made last priority while having a concussion. Records department says they refused to respond to request for clarification for months. Great attorneys if you hate money.

Our son was in a no fault auto accident and this law firm was hired by our Farm Bureau agent. It has been approximately four months since this began and we have left numerous messages with people and digitally to very little avail. We were actually able to Tracy on the phone once a month or more ago and she seemed very polite. Bfore and since, nothing but ghosting us with no updates ar communication in the least. We are patient and realize these things take time, but to completely dodge parents of the minors involved is irresponsible and very unprofessional. I hope to not have to seek the next step in addressing this.
