Paul Taylor is an excellent attorney because he is the god father of STAA, not an understatement. He'll fight for your rights and be your best advocate. You have to be honest with Paul and yourself though. Don't lie and waste the man's time. He's reached a level of expertise that's just beautiful to watch, and he gets the job done as efficiently as possible. It is a long process. Just a quick update after almost two years...Yeah Paul and his team at Truckers Justice Center are still the best!! Luckily I've not needed his services since my 2024 issue. This is my real name what I write did occur: I, when I was a company driver, had an employer who refused to fix the brakes and demanded I drive from Laredo to New Jersey, no brakes (reroute the air dryer, use the jake, doenshift) When I refused, he locked me out of the truck. I called Paul Taylor, urged to do so by OOIDA, who loves Paul. Paul comes from two generations of trucking, and, yes, Paul worked in trucking himself. Paul did what he does and within a year I was handed a check for tens-of-thousands of dollars. As an owner op I was cheated by a company who had promised payment, but, decided to cheat me. Just flat out cheat me. I called Paul. IT WAS A POINT OF HONOR, RESPECT, NOT MONEY. Paul made them cut a check for the full amount AND extra...and forced them to pay him, Paul, 400$.This site lists their MAJOR wins, which have been substantial for drivers...but a 400$ payday? Paul took that case years after my first case, and only did it FOR THE POINT OF HONOR. Imagine Paul, in a trucking family, LIVING the pain and loss for his family whenever the family's trucking business was cheated, etc. Someone in his family taught him to fight, fight against big companies who misuse/cheat drivers. NOT be a corporate legal hack. Call Paul.

I called for help for being left stranded by Schuster Co. After I told the guy who I worked for he made me feel so small and irrelevant. He said he would call me back to let me know if he could help me and never did. I figured that because the way he talked to me made me feel like I did not matter or it was my fault for what I was going thru.

I left a message and Paul called me that same day. During that call Paul gave me good insight from his perspective and how he could help my situation. I've been watching his videos for years and I trust his knowledge.

These people don't know what they're doing. They don't even know the FMCSA regulations. Called them about a non reportable drug test refusal and they tried to tell me I could do nothing about it, even though the regulations are very clear on what is/isn't a reportable positive or refused drug test. Learn the regulations people. It's bad enough the Clearinghouse doesn't follow their own rules and regulations

The lawer Paul is very knowledgeable kind person that’s willing to help even if it does not lead to a case. I suggest highly if anyone has a case to use him I had to situations and he steered me me the right way.

Didn't get a response initially... but after several calls and texts...I spoke with Paul directly... at length. He gave me some great insight on the trucking industry and the predatory "business model" that these foreign LEASE PURCHASE companies practice on AMERICAN SOIL ON AMERICAN CITIZENS... BOTH BORN AND NATURALIZED. Being a US Army veteran...I take this personally. He was very attentive and although he didn't pick up my case... he gave me some great advice on pathways to get some justice and make these companies PAY WHAT THEY OWE...and not take advantage of drivers and their families.

Paul is INCREDIBLE he gave me ALOT of great advice at no cost, we need more people like him fighting for us truckers he was very informative and courteous, thank you so much for your help if you see this

I spoke with Paul Taylor today concerning some issues I was concerned about. He's very knowledgeable about the rules and regulations of the trucking industry. I will definitely keep his number in case I should need him again. Super nice man Tom is. I highly recommend him for any driver's needing help.

Paul Taylor is a pretty awesome guy! I had an issue with a broker not paying me for a load. Even though Paul doesn’t deal directly in the field of collecting debt anymore under that umbrella, he still took the time to walk me through the process on how to deal with the problem. Really genuine guy!
