This guy is literally Idaho's saul goodman. Such a good lawyer and a good guy. This is the first time either of us got in any trouble. My husband was charged for 2 misdemeanors in possession and paraphernalia, Dan got the whole thing dismissed (including a speeding ticket-that wasn't even his job!). He was really pushing the court to give him the reports and discovery, he was working with us 24/7. He's the only lawyer I've ever heard of that takes calls outside of office hours. He wasn't even expensive for a lawyer, despite his obvious accomplishments in many cases. He charged a flat rate which we didnt expect- either way, we agreed from day one he was worth every penny. He was one of the only lawyers that would go up to a far, small county too. This wasn't exactly the crime of the century but because of him we were confident my husband would avoid jail time for a minor first offense; because he was such an active lawyer, he got his entire case dismissed. He never judged us, was very straight-forward and realistic, and strived to his best the whole time. We're certain we wont be in any trouble but if we *ever* need a lawyer for a case like this again, we're picking Dan. Thank you Dan!!! :) we appreciate you

Despite my being professional and concise regarding a troubling matter, the attorney was rude and hung up on me without cause. Apparently this, literally, one-minute phone call was too much and my being a potential new client didn't afford even basic courtesy.

I give Mr. Truscott 5 stars, he was amazing! We had a difficult case, our daughter was standing still on the road and was hit by a bicyclist going 22 miles an hour. She was not in a crosswalk and the cyclist was going faster than the speed limit for cars and not paying attention. Our daughter suffered a broken collarbone, facial injuries and sever road rash. We talked to two attorneys that we knew, they both stated it was an "unwinnable case" they said, "you can't prove who was at fault"", they wouldn't take our case. Mr. Truscott was recommended by a friend, I called him, told him about the case and about the 60,000.00 + in uninsured medical bills from the accident. He said, "come in, your case sounds interesting and I believe I can help you". We met with Mr.Truscott, liked him and hired him. From that point forward, he worked very hard on our case. He had his investigator out collecting evidence and talking to witnesses. They did an accident scene reenactment with our daughter and her friends, to get a better understanding of how it happened. He listened to the police audio tapes from the accident and researched the cyclist's riding habits He was very organized, thorough and professional. Mr. Truscott took an "unwinnable" case and WON! The settlement was more than we had hoped for! Mr. Truscott is a great attorney and I would use him again in a heartbeat.
