Ken Tschetter was my attorney in a custody case his whole team was amazing and helped me so much .

I retained Ken Tschetter for a custody/visitation case. This guy was the biggest waste of time and money. I had to retain him for $2,000 dollars and then I got charged another $3,000 once the hearing was done. For $5,000 dollars all this guy did was side with the other party, argue with his client, did little to no research on the matter at hand, and was completely worthless in the courtroom. If you want an attorney to NOT represent your best interests then this is your guy. If you want some who WILL do the things they say then go find someone else because this guy simply isn’t worth it.

It’s been a few years but I have to say that if you ever need a lawyer. Ken Tschetter and his team are the BEST to have on your side. When I was in need of lawyer, I had trouble finding one to represent me. There were several lawyers that turned me away. I had some that wouldn’t even speak with me until I paid their retainer fee. Ken actually took the time to call me and listened to my story. He then meant with me in person, took the time to listen and ask questions. From the beginning ken treated me with respect, was very caring and understanding. He was so patient with me while I was uncontrollably sobbing in between telling my story. Ken and his team worked hard and diligently to make sure I got the best possible outcome with my divorce settlement. I would recommend Ken and his team to anyone looking for a great divorce or family lawyer! Thank again Ken.

I had one of there attorney representing me Matt theopulus. He did nothing and threw a massive temper tantrum when he didn't respond to my emails. I should have fired him do not hire this law firm

Jamie Webber (in my opinion) shows no Compassion, no care, no drive or fight for her clients. She seems Incompetent in the court room in her ability to fight for her clients. Her willingness to back her clients isn't there. She more backed her ex-husband & his lawyer then her client. It's all about her getting paid. She's getting payments & yet she stopped fighting for her client. It's all about the money for her, not her clients out come or future. & watch for double billing!!

Jamie Weber has been a beacon of hope in my very long contentious divorce/child custody proceedings. I want to say thank goodness for Ken! I have had my fair share of attorneys and I wish I would have found him first, I know a lot of things would be different if I did! He has been nothing but amazing in everything I have done with him and his firm. He is very polite, professional, and always gets back to me right away even if to let me know he needs to look into something. If you want someone that is going to go the extra mile go with Ken! He has helped me on lawsuits, legal advice with our business, child custody he does it all, and if he doesn’t know something about it, he will make sure do his homework and find out! Hired him for custody court. Hardly in touch with me and when court came around, whatever accusations the defendant had, he just let the judge believe. I was a victim of domestic violence, I was attacked, and I had my kids taken away. I had my victims rights but those dont matter anymore. My ex had no evidence, just accusations. My lawyer seemed like he was more on my ex husband's side. Complete was of time and money. I had videos. pictures, and screenshots of my ex doing things wrong but my lawyer says he wasn't or work around it. But if I was doing things my ex was pulling, then I would be in contempt of court and arrested or I'm the awful parent. Complete disappointment to me and my kids. All I wanted is 50/50 and a smooth divorce to keep my kids out of it. So far it has been nothing but a confusing nightmare for my kids and myself. As someone who can pass a federal and state background check with finger prints along with guardianship training with no related charges or any charges since 2013 be so awful. Ken treated me like I was some poor trash off the street when I don't know what would've gave him that impression considering I gave him the retainer check right then. Seems very judgmental.

If there were 6 stars, I’d choose 6 stars. Ken did an amazing job at representing me. Ken is very knowledgeable at his work he does. He is very honest and listens closely. Ken is easy to talk to, and he is very easy to get ahold of. Ken did work on his days off, during the weekends, and would even email me during the weekends with keeping me up to date. He is very serious but knows when to have fun and get to know you. I will recommend Ken to anyone. I can’t thank him enough.
