This firm completely wasted my time. I contacted them about representing a family member in jail and gave them the full name and details right away. All I needed was a straight answer on whether they could take the case. Instead, I spent an entire week calling them for updates because they never called me back. Every day there was an excuse. The lawyer did nothing with the information I provided. Days later the secretary told me the lawyer still couldn’t find anything, which makes no sense because I gave her everything from the first call. No effort, no follow-up, no professionalism. Just a full week of delays and zero results. After realizing they were wasting my time, I searched and contacted another firm. This new lawyer actually called me back within two hours, already had all my family member’s case pulled up, knew the details, and actually explained what could be done. If you need real help and someone who actually does their job, avoid this firm. They are unresponsive, unreliable, and not serious.

A month and a half ago they charged me so much money, and I even asked them to tell me the truth about whether or not there was bail. They said there was, and that if nothing could be done the first time, I could appeal. Now they're not answering me; they say the judge isn't in their jurisdiction. I've been waiting two weeks for a response from them, and they haven't called me. I paid $3,800, and now they say it's better not to appeal, and if I do, it will cost me even more. I've called about 10 times, and they just send me to voicemail. It's not fair that they're taking advantage of people and not telling the truth. They weren't honest; all they cared about was the money.

Don't waste your time and money. I just did an contract with this firm 8/6/25 and so far my relative is doing everything himself. Yet no calls no emails. At this point I will need to call my bank and request my money refund through them. Such an unprofessional firm!! STAY AWAY
