Would not recommend this agency to anyone My case started in 2018 it’s been 8 years, they say the same thing everytime I call to find out what’s happening on the case.

This company contacted after my mother passed away a year later about a lawsuit that was pending the company told me all I had to do was sign a form saying that after I signed it I have a check in the mail Weeks Later after Weeks Later they said her ex-husband was special administrator of her account I showed them paperwork that I was administrator of the account he ignored my phone calls hung the phone up in my face told me to prove it once having me go out and get the paperwork to prove it event turned around and denied my case did not pick my phone calls up and will not take a personal visit with me to fix this situation knowing that my mother's case had been since years ago knowing that it would be very difficult for me to find someone else to handle that case because it was older I told them I had everything on the line my personal well-being safety trying to get myself better situated in my life and for me to have pawn some of the last of the personal jewelry I had left regarding my mom they talk to me loud made me feel disrespected and the secretary even laughed in my face when I was going through my own personal feelings I do not trust this company they left me in a situation that was unfair for me knowing I had so much on the mind contacting me only to turn their back on to me and then they wanted the same portion about of money that they were going to offer me paid my mother's bill off and then they wanted the same amount only a few thousand dollars It could have very much help me the company chose to drop the case because I did not let her ex-husband get the check signed over to him

Took 3 and half years to get anything done. This case was handled poorly. Should have picked another company for worker’s compensation cause nothing was done right at all.!!!

I am so glad I didn't read the lower end reviews because Kylee D. Miller is a fantastic attorney. She not only was professional, nice, well organized, and prepared, she showed that she is driven by helping rather than being all about the money. In the memorandum she prepared for my case, there was a trip to the hospital that showed in there scan I was completely disabled. She advised me to change the onset to get approved immediately. Why that says a lot is she took a large pay cut to ensure my family was taken care of. By forgoing two years of benefits and risk losing, I am now guaranteed 29 years of benefits for myself and my wife and daughter. I can't thank her enough for all the work she has done by keeping me well informed and doing all her due diligence. I hope this helps someone who has looked at the other reviews because if we lost I would have been just satisfied for all she did. Thank you Kylee!

Awesome place to visit and the people there are very nice and friendly and I am very grateful for the opportunity to work with them.

Late last year, my partner decided to start the journey to gain SSA Disability Benefits. I’ve seen the commercials, heard others at work, and suggested she contact Tuite. They could not have been less interested in so much as looking at her documents, couldn’t even be bothered to call or contact to simply say so. When she followed up for the 3rd or 4th time, she was told that her paperwork would be given to Mr. Tuite himself. Ok. Except there was still zero interest or concern given. She finally just went and picked up her paperwork, and began the process herself. A fools errand, to be sure, but we will continue seeking help elsewhere, and do a better job vetting moving forward.

Fantastic firm for starters. Very professional plus they are easy to talk to mixed with a firm hand which is what you want when you’re trying to get results which they WILL get you. For me one of the biggest things I loved was the great communication. Everything was open and honest and explained very well to me. Also if they say they will call you at a specific time then be ready at that time because these guys just don’t miss. I feel like the last thing any of us needs is to feel left out in such a serious process. We should just be able to focus on healing and getting our lives back on track and with a firm like this I feel that it’s possible to do so while getting the results you need.
