Don't Go to this Law firm especially people of color, they are very unprofessional with unethical accounting practices, unreliable, and not trustworthy, they mishandled my case in order to charge more money he lies a lot even when he commits in writing, the firm has no empathy no matter how devastating it is to the client, its all about money for him nothing else matters...Beware of this Law firm Tullio Deluca is not a Good Lawyer or a good person. I was TOTALLY DISSATISFIED WITH ATTORNEY de Luca's assistant lawyer who handed my unemployment case. He didn't ask enough questions, never asked my witnesses questions and I firmly believe that he didn't represent me. My medical documents were not questioned, and he gave the "ho-hum" attitude. I honestly feel he did not represent me.in my opinion , I can not recommend him to others.

Meeting attorney Tullio Delucas is the worst thing that has ever happened to me. I filed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy with him and ended up paying $16,000 more than I already owed between him, the trustee, and another attorney who looked for the bank that financed my house to take it away from me. He made me file two bankruptcy cases and charged me two down payments. Five years have passed and he still hasn't finished the case. He doesn't return my calls. He's never in the office because I don't matter to him anymore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE FOR ANY LEGAL MATTERS.
