This firm failed to identify the court of jurisdiction for my claims, despite being told several times that I was bound by mandatory arbitration. They additionally billed for time without any work product. Research with no notes, taking notes that when requested to provide later wouldn’t, and several partner file audits for my small employment case, which they would not later explain. I had to lodge formal ethics complaints and submit my fees for arbitration. I want to remind the public checking Google reviews that ethics disputes are a way to address serious issues in representation and help future clients. The process is straightforward. Improper attorney fees is Rule 1.5.

Got told in our initial consult that we had a "smoking gun" and the case was strong. Then get assigned to another lawyer that seemed to have no idea what was going on the entire time dealing with her. End up with a bill for around the same as we got back from the party we sued. Waste of time and not worth the aggravation dealing with these people.

Worst lawyer firm to deal with rude charges u for nothing

This law firm did nothing for me in court reguarding child support. In the begining it sounded good. You have to pay to talk to someone 200-300 dollars. Retainer was 4000 dollars. No progress or changes. I mean what was the point for hiring a lawyer. I ended up petitioning again and representing myself. Was able to to accomplish much more than these people ever did. Thank you for your service.

My lawyer is Brittany Forrester, she is absolutely awesome, smart, and very knowledgeable about the Law. It’s definitely not cheap, but you get what you pay for. A lot of lawyers were afraid to take on the Government, but not this firm. I was very discouraged until they agreed to represent me. I know me and Brittany are a team and that’s all I need. She has showed me that she is a will continue to fight for me. My job did some horrible things to me that will cause long lasting effects. Whatever way this case goes, I know I didn’t just let them get away with it.

Being a federal employee and dealing with never before seen current and unfortunate challenges I must tip my hat to her. I did not give a 5 stars because after signing up and making an scheduled phone call with Mr. Yadanza pertaining to a pathforward. Mr. Yadanza forgot about the scheduled call. He was apologetic about the mix up though. However, having a reputation as a top tier law firm that represents federal government employees these kind of mishaps a should never occur. As of right now I will continue to charge forward with Tully Rinckey with Ms. Heather Tenney being in mind since she was indeed a shining star!!!!!

Well it is hard trying to figure out who is real and those who will just take your money. Mrs, Heather listened to my story and Catlyn was a real help along with Eron who assisted with further processing. So far it's been easy.

Absolutely useless, I called for a consultation and tried to set up a appointment aftet 2 days but they refused to even talk to me after recommend by another office. EDIT: After seeing this Angela a member of their team reached out to me and was able to assist me and help me with numbers and references to help me find a attorney to help with my legal case. My counseltation went well I had inquirering calls before that really incouraged me seek there service. But now in 2025 the 12.000 and enextra 3000 to cover cost of the court minutes did not go for what I asked and all the money exhausted. I been giving the cold shoulder. 7/10/25

Not worth the fees for services rendered. Much better defense and documentations were obtained from more Veteran friendly law firms involving EEOC, MSPB, and other federal employment matters.

Someone please give Mr. Ricci and Mr. Westerman a promotion.

In our current climate, the intake call from Jessica was refreshing. I was extremely nervous before my consultation as I’ve be disregarded and disrespected in the Federal workplace for being a disabled veteran. Mrs. Heather was upfront about the ups and downs merits of possible courses of action. Her expertise shined bright. She was respectful and tolerant throughout as I have lost confidence in myself.
