No one messages you back unless you keep sending messages or calling over and over. Met my actual lawyer once and never again. They had my name misspelled on my court papers even though they had to reprint everything 3 times the first time we met to get them right and you get charged for it. I got charged for every message sent that was trying to follow up with them not replying. My court case was supposed to be 10 mins but they didn't do all the paperwork on their end so it ended up being 2 hrs and I got charged for their mistakes. They also charged me for 2.5 hrs of court time instead of 2 hrs and the lady wasn't even my lawyer or my paralegal so she knew nothing of my case. Then I had 1500 in retainer left before the court date and when I asked about the balance being returned that's when they sent the final bill charging for every little thing on the court date so I had to owe money. They give you 2 days to pay or you have late charges. I paid everything and yet today got a bill for .08 for a late charge! What the hell?! I don't recommend. I paid over 4000 for an "easy" divorce case when none of my concerns were brought up in court to the judge about my ex. It's like they listened but didn't care enough to fight for me. So disappointed.

They have literally ruined my life. Hired a lawyer Emily. She was horrible. I ended up firing her for the awful job. They still took my money and I haven't seen my kids in 3 years. Hiring them was the worst decision in my entire life. I miss my boys.

This office uses Jennifer McCoy to settle outstanding debt. She has refused to send me proof of interest fees over the judgement amount. I have paid my bill and the fraudulant interest charges with Turner Law and they still refuse to send the lien release. I was told last week it had been sent yet the courts and deeds office have NO RECORD OF PAYMENT. Do not trust this office. When I ask about it she just says she know how to do her job....yet she hasn't done it. A case has been opened with the board of professional responsibility and consumer affairs and I will be hiring an attorney if this is not recorded by end of tomorrow. I reach3d out to Turner Law and they said I have to talk to her because they merged systems and cant see my record any longer. Ridiculous

Run, I am warning you. Turner Law is a money scam - consumer rip off. Once you realize your getting ripped off and hire another lawyer your 7 to 8k in and they demand payment for something they don't deserve as they wont do anything for you but take your money. When you refuse payment they send it to a collection office - Jennifer McCoy - and they will put liens on your property and increase the bill %50 and once you pay it in the future they Jennifer McCoys office lies and manipulates you and doesn't take the liens off until you sue them. Turner Law is a large scam to get rich disguised as an attorney.

Horrible law firm!

Do not use this law firm. I was initially told my case should be a “simple and quick” process ended up costing me thousands of dollars more. I was charged unreasonable rates for returned mail, simple phone calls about my bill, and treated very disrespectful. I live out of state and they forgot this fact throughout the process of selling my parent’s estate. There was no money or assets. My case was passed through at least three different attorneys. I was charged more fees AFTER I paid my “final bill.” A truly greedy and careless group.

Just got another bill with no explanation/description over 5 years after my case closed, so it seemed like a good time to write a review. When I was using Turner for my case, I was charged $50 for correcting typos on the contract they drafted, $100 for a phone call my ex made to the firm asking when the court date is (they didn’t even pick up, she just left a message) and charged another $100 to tell me via email that she called them. Then they decided to generate documents on my ex’s behalf ($200 charge) and told me “well we couldn’t charge her so we added it to your account”. Even though she had a lawyer and didn’t even ask Turner Law to generate any documents? They charged another $100 to email me that they couldn’t charge her so they charged me instead, which is almost comical. Almost. I fought them on the money grabs and they did give a little but not nearly enough. Their whole business is nickel and diming you into oblivion

**RUN LIKE HELL THE OTHER WAY THEY WILL TAKE EVERY PENNY THEY CAN GET AND WHEN IT COMES TIME FOR COURT YOU WILL BE LEFT SCREWED WITHOUT REPRESENTATION!!!!!!!!!!** We paid them 3500 to file for my now husbands divorce. Cash no payments all at once. They filed with the courts said they couldn't locate her to serve her and then 7 months later conceded the case to her lawyer in another state. So the made $3200 to fill in the blanks and do nothing. By the way they waited until 2 days before court to even bother telling us that we were on our own sorry about our luck, it cost us another $3000 for travel and a lawyer where she lived.

I don't recommend this place at all. They only want your money. They are not professional. I spent over 3 years and over 13k, and the results are zero. When the Lawyers quit, in the end, they put you in debt. And they never talk to you unless you make payment. Lawyers change frequently . You don't know what is going on with your case. They charge fees for email and phone call. If you are interested. Don't waste your time and money.

Mr. Turner treats his clients as peasants tbh. He Missed a very important court date because they did not do their jobs and had to start the process over and still Had to come out of my own pocket even though that was their mistake. Fees were not properly explained. They wanted over 3000 for one court date one mediation and paperwork filed even tho we went and did a lot of the paperwork before hiring mr. Turner. Over all this was the worst law firm and I Do not recommend and please look at all the bad reviews before choosing this law office.

I found their number on google with it stating free consultation. I called spoke with Trevor Clark. Saying exactly what I called for which was general information. He automatically proceeded to ask for my email to set up a consultation. When I received the email it was a whole intake form and stated to call back to set up the consultation after filling the form out. I called back. Trevor asked was 3 p.m. fine I said yes. A little before 3 he called me asking for my email again because it wasn’t on the intake form. After giving the email I was told he would then give me a call back for the consultation exactly at 3. Even though it was 5 minutes til I said ok. He called at 3 and said it would be a $500 retainer fee. I asked why wasn’t that mentioned to me when I first called and was told because the attorney just looked at the intake form. I’m still confused and ask that’s for general information? I was told yes. So it was a waste of time. It’s giving they really don’t know the information but want to get all the intake forms they can.

As a military member, I used this firm in the past and decided to use them again. Unfortunately, my experience this time was unsatisfactory and was severely overcharged for a small amount of work. The firm charged me over $7000 and I never even stepped foot in a courtroom. I had to hire another attorney because of their lack of attention to detail and poor communication. Not to mention their high rates with no outcome. I would highly suggest utilizing another company and I’m not sure how this firm is still operating.

Very professional and smooth process, they ensured to keep me informed at every step of my case . A job well done .

Turner law said it would be $2500 and it was $5000 never got the lawyer to call back and explain , fees it was uncontested divorce , what happened communication is important to clients and transparency of fees could say more but will stop there

Absolutely terrible experience. Money stolen. Chelsey Stevenson completely misinformed me and I feel extremely taken advantage of. I share this to warn anyone else of their legal guidance, because it was completely false and cost me a lot of money.

RUN!!! If you are considering using this law firm, don't walk...run! They can not keep attorneys on staff. I had 4 different ones during my divorce. They are VERY unorganized, but yet charge you for every little thing, even when you have to follow up because they can't seem to find your documents. My attorney showed up to mediation and told me she was leaving the practice the next week and had not even reviewed my documentation. I was therefore completely ripped apart by the mediator while she just sat there. I didn't even meet the attorney representing me in court until 5 minutes before court started. This place is horrible so please don't even consider it an option
