Presley is hands down the BEST attorney to choose for any family case! She was very easy to get ahold of, she always had all the answers. We finally won after 5 years of fighting and my babies are finally adopted all thanks to Presley!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I retained Jonathon back in December… the plan was to have my current child custody/visitation order transferred from a different state to Arkansas and have it modified….after retaining him, he became difficult to reach to where I stopped in to try and talk to him… during that time he told me that we should have it transferred by Spring Break. Shortly after talking to him I still wasn’t able to get ahold of him… I was then contacted by the office, letting me know that Jonathon was dropping my case due to a family emergency.. ( totally understandable, I get that things happen) I was then told that Ginny who was new attorney, would be picking up my case…. I went in to meet with her to make sure she had everything she needed to look at my case and try to explain what needed to be done…. Since there were a lot of mix ups and they kept bringing up a totally different state. I will say Ginny warned me that things might be difficult… months passed by…. I would call to try and get updates… over half the time she wasn’t around. When I was able to talk to her I made sure I kept it short… maybe 5 mins because I knew she was busy and also knew I was being billed… then March comes around and Ginny tells me that it would be best for me to hire a attorney in the state that it was ordered in because she doesn’t think that my sons dad will agree to it being transferred… and that she’s not licensed in that state.. nothing has been done other than things I could have taken care of myself…. Such as finding out a address or if there was a upcoming court date. Etc… I wasn’t upset until I went to pick up my retainer check and found out that I was charged over 1100 for nothing! I could understand 600 maybe 700 but $1100??? I was charged from Jonathon, and then Ginny… for giving the same information… I have nothing to show for any of this, plus the months it took for Ginny to tell me she couldn’t help????? I asked to speak to Syndey multiple times and was told I would be placed on her schedule to give me a call… a few times and never got a call!!!! Please don’t waste your time,If you need something done in a reasonable time. They also lost documents in the transfer between Jonathon and Ginny .
