Called for a injury consultation with a attorney, they never responded.

I called their office 3 times about asking for a consultation and all 3 times the lady I spoke to said she sent emails and no one responded to them. Not one call back. Very unprofessional from the office and the lady taking my calls sounded like she didn't care. Not the best impression to make to a potential client needing help.

They couldn't help with my case but were up front and professional and gave suggestions from there with no charge to me. Spoke with me on the phone a good 15 minutes.
