I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this firm. I initially called and spoke to a secretary who took my credit card information and charged me $200 before I even had the consultation with the attorney. That felt questionable from the beginning, but I gave the benefit of the doubt, expecting a quality consultation. When I finally had the scheduled call with Mr. Twisdale, it lasted barely five minutes. He was evasive, dismissive, and unhelpful — offering no real guidance or options regarding how to protect my intellectual property. Instead of listening or offering solutions, he focused entirely on telling me what couldn’t be done, and rushed me off the phone. It felt like I was being talked out of even pursuing my idea, which was discouraging, especially after paying in advance for professional legal advice. In my opinion, the way this consultation was handled was unethical, unprofessional, and a waste of money. I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking for real help or support in the creative or business space. Consumers beware — make sure you’re getting value before they charge your card.
