I had a scheduled phone consultation and never received a call or an email... Ridiculous. Baffling that someone can't even honor a SCHEDULED phone call or even email you about a delay or cancelation. It's uncalled for. It's rude, lazy, and COMPLETELY unprofessional.

Tyler helped me out with a case recently and he was fantastic to work with on it! He kept in very regular contact throughout the process and explained all of my options in thorough detail whenever there was a decision to make. He was professional, but also kind and personable. And he did end up resolving my case with the best possible outcome for me. I hope I never need a lawyer for a similar case again, but if I do I'd retain Tyler again in a heartbeat!
