I highly recommend Tyne’s Law Firm. They handled 2 complex cases for my special needs son and achieved the best possible outcome in both. Courtney not only put her expertise to work, she put her heart into it, as well. I attended many of the depositions and she was very professional, prepared and organized. She is tough, knows the law and how it applied to these cases. Monty was very personable, willing to take time to explain laws, strategies and decisions for as long as it took for me to have a good understanding. They were easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. I am thankful for all they did for us and appreciate the compassion they showed during the process. You will not regret having them represent you!

The Office is very organized, and well maintained. The Attorneys are very helpful, and they immediately make you feel like you have come to the right place for your situation. You won't have to ever question what background or education they honestly have, because they have all their degrees, certifications, and hard work and achievements on the wall as proof of there successful careers. Finding a good lawyer can be really difficult because you have this situation that means something to you. It's important and it matters to you. So you have to hand over this issue to this lawyer and hope they treat it the way you would. You have to worry if you are getting the attorneys full attention and hard work on fighting this issue for you. I personally, have experienced some pretty horrible issues in my past by trusting an attorney that didn't have any intentions on fighting for me or putting their all towards winning my case. I know this review is really long and I apologize. But I had to make sure that if you are considering Tynes Law Firm to handle a pretty serious issue for you. Do not look any further! Tynes will not only fight for you like no other, but they will always treat you like family and make you feel welcome! Don't even think about it just call them! You won't ever experience anything better!

Unfortunately my experience with Courtney was not favorable. As a wide eyed innocent young woman I came seeking assistance with an uncontested divorce where my husband and I had previously agreed on custody arrangements for our daughter and should have been the most calm civil divorce in existence. By the time I left the law firm, I was in tears and bullied into including demands from him that I was not comfortable with making. As a result, we agreed to continue living and exchanging our daughter on our own civil and rational terms, refusing to put her or ourself through the vicious custody battle courtney attempted to entice and lived separately for the next four years. I've since spoken to another lawyer who's insisted that our current agreement is completely plausible, but suggested I check with Tynes Law firm first being I had already paid then a portion of my retainer. I was unfortunately denied and told that my funds were exhausted and I was required to start from scratch and pay a retained two times as much as before. I'm very disappointed in their attempt to take advantage of my situation then and now and I'm blessed to have been able to find an individual willing to assist Me, and not themselves.
